Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Cosmik Force, each retreat, ceremony, and private experience requires thoughtful preparation, scheduling, and coordination.

We understand that plans may change and unexpected circumstances can arise.

Our goal is to approach cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds with fairness, transparency, and consideration for both our participants and the preparation involved in organizing each experience.

Please review this policy before confirming your reservation.

1. Deposits

​

A deposit may be required to secure a private appointment, and deposits are required for retreats.

Deposits reserve availability and support advance preparations.

All deposits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under another provision of the booking agreement.

The amount of the deposit will be clearly disclosed before payment.

 

2. Cancellations With At Least 48 Hours' Notice

​

Participants who cancel a confirmed appointment, ceremony, retreat, or other booked experience at least 48 hours before its scheduled start time are eligible for a refund of all prepaid amounts exceeding the non-refundable deposit.

The original deposit will be retained by Cosmik Force, subject to applicable law.

Example

For a booking costing $300 with a $100 deposit:

• Total amount paid: $300

• Non-refundable deposit: $100

• Refund issued: $200

This policy applies when cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.

 

3. Cancellations With Less Than 48 Hours' Notice

​

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund under the standard cancellation policy.

Any refund rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation will be honoured.

Cosmik Force may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to provide discretionary refunds outside the stated policy.

 

4. Retreat and Group Experience Cancellations

​

Retreat reservations require a deposit.

The following standard cancellation rules apply:

• At least 48 hours' notice: All prepaid amounts exceeding the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: No refund is available under the standard policy, subject to applicable law.

• Deposits: Deposits remain non-refundable except where required by law or another applicable booking provision.

Any additional conditions specific to a retreat will be disclosed before booking and must comply with applicable law.

 

5. Rescheduling

​

Participants wishing to reschedule must contact Cosmik Force at least 48 hours before their scheduled experience.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Cosmik Force may permit a deposit to be transferred to a new date at its discretion, but such transfers are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the applicable booking terms.

 

6. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

​

Participants are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled experience.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or an inability to participate, depending on the nature of the offering and applicable safety requirements.

Missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for refunds under the standard policy, subject to applicable law.

7. Cancellations by Cosmik Force

 

If Cosmik Force cancels an experience before it begins, participants will be offered a full refund of payments made for the cancelled experience, including the deposit, or an alternative arrangement they voluntarily accept.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

If participation is declined for health, safety, eligibility, or legal reasons, refunds will be determined according to the booking agreement and applicable consumer protection requirements.

 

8. Illness and Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that illness, emergencies, severe weather, and unexpected events may affect participation.

Participants should notify Cosmik Force as soon as possible.

Requests for exceptions, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements may be reviewed individually.

Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

 

9. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days following approval of the refund request, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where possible.

Additional processing time may be required by the payment provider or financial institution before the funds appear in the participant's account.

 

10. International Retreats

​

For experiences held in Mexico, additional booking conditions may apply because of venue arrangements, accommodation, travel, and local service requirements.

Any additional terms will be disclosed before booking and must comply with applicable law.

Unless expressly included in the booking agreement, independently purchased flights, transportation, and accommodation are the participant's responsibility.

 

11. Consumer Protection Rights

​

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides cancellation, refund, or other rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, the legal requirement will prevail.

Include your name, booking reference (if available), scheduled experience, and a brief description of your request.

Cancellation notice is considered received when it reaches the designated contact email.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

 

13. Changes to This Policy

​

Cosmik Force may update this policy periodically.

The cancellation conditions disclosed at the time of booking will generally apply to that reservation, subject to applicable law and any mutually agreed changes.
