1. About Our Services
Cosmik Force offers wellness-oriented experiences that may include retreats, spiritual ceremonies, traditional practices, and private sessions.
Offerings may include Kambo, Bufo, and Queen of the Forest medicine ceremonies, subject to location, participant eligibility, applicable law, and any required authorizations.
Experiences are offered primarily in Canada, with occasional events in Mexico.
The availability of an offering on our website does not guarantee that it is available or legally permitted in every location.
2. Age and Participation Eligibility
All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Certain experiences may require additional eligibility assessments, health screening, intake questionnaires, or informed consent documents.
Cosmik Force reserves the right to decline or postpone participation where reasonably necessary for safety, eligibility, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee acceptance into an experience.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Cosmik Force experiences are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, Cosmik Force facilitators do not provide regulated medical services.
Traditional and ceremonial experiences may involve significant physical, emotional, or psychological risks, including potentially serious adverse reactions.
Participants are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect their ability to participate safely.
No specific physical, psychological, emotional, or spiritual outcome is guaranteed.
4. Informed Consent and Screening
Before participating in certain experiences, individuals may be required to complete health questionnaires, intake forms, and experience-specific informed consent documents.
Participants must receive appropriate information about the nature, foreseeable risks, contraindications, and requirements of an experience before consenting.
Participation is voluntary, and participants may withdraw consent, subject to any immediate safety considerations.
These Terms & Conditions do not replace a separate informed consent process.
5. Bookings and Reservations
Bookings may be requested or completed through our website or through direct communication with Cosmik Force.
A booking is considered confirmed only when Cosmik Force accepts the reservation and any required deposit or payment conditions have been satisfied.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
Availability, scheduling, and participation requirements may vary by offering.
6. Pricing and Payments
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, applicable taxes, and any additional charges will be disclosed before a booking or purchase is completed.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Cosmik Force does not guarantee availability until a reservation has been confirmed.
7. Deposits and Cancellations
The following standard cancellation terms apply to private appointments, retreats, ceremonies, and other booked experiences, unless different terms are expressly disclosed and agreed to before booking.
Deposits are required for retreats and may be required for private appointments or other experiences.
Deposits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under another provision of the booking agreement.
Deposit amounts will be disclosed before payment.
Cancellations With At Least 48 Hours' Notice
Participants who cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of an experience are eligible for a refund of all prepaid amounts exceeding the non-refundable deposit.
The deposit will be retained by Cosmik Force, subject to applicable law.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund under the standard cancellation policy.
Any refund rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws will be honoured.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and any applicable booking conditions.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days following approval, or sooner where required by applicable law.

8. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:

Follow communicated safety instructions and venue requirements

Treat facilitators, staff, and other participants with respect

Respect personal boundaries, confidentiality, and the privacy of others

Refrain from disruptive, threatening, harassing, or unsafe conduct

Comply with applicable laws and participation requirements
Cosmik Force may discontinue participation where reasonably necessary to protect the safety and well-being of those involved, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes or Cancellations by Cosmik Force
Cosmik Force may reschedule, modify, or cancel an experience because of safety concerns, facilitator availability, venue issues, legal restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If Cosmik Force cancels an experience before it begins, participants will be offered a full refund of payments made for the cancelled service, including the deposit, or an alternative arrangement they voluntarily accept, subject to applicable law.
10. Photography, Recordings, and Privacy
Photography, audio recording, or video recording during private experiences or ceremonies may be restricted to protect participant privacy.
Cosmik Force will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable participant images, recordings, or testimonials for promotional purposes.
Participation in an event does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional photography or publication.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Cosmik Force website, including text, branding, graphics, photography, and original materials, is owned by Cosmik Force or used with permission.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Participation in certain wellness, retreat, or ceremonial experiences may involve inherent risks.
Specific risks and participation requirements will be communicated through appropriate pre-participation information and consent procedures.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for negligence, personal injury, misrepresentation, breach of statutory obligations, or other matters where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.
Any additional allocation of risks or liability associated with a particular experience must be addressed in an appropriate, legally reviewed agreement.
13. International Experiences
For events held in Mexico, participants are responsible for meeting applicable travel and entry requirements.
Services offered must comply with applicable local laws, regulations, and authorization requirements.
Specific event conditions will be disclosed before booking.
Unless expressly included in the booking agreement, independently purchased flights, transportation, and accommodation are the participant's responsibility.
